Key objectives:

  • Maintain a formal accreditation process and specific program quality frameworks.
  • Ensure that all activities of the organisation are conducted under an appropriate risk management framework.

Leadership
Quantum Support Services recognises the importance of leadership as a key to our success.
Key objectives:

  • Advocate the positive development of social policy at local, state and national levels
  • Promote the development of leadership skills at all levels of the organisation that enhance knowledge, skills and practices

People
Quantum Support Services staff and volunteers are appropriately encouraged, supported and resourced.

  • Encourage and support improved staff competencies and practices by staff development and support strategy
